Why do my dogs look like gumby in my avatar

HI Mordanna,
I have two questions the one is the picture of Brando and Trixie look like Gumby ,
and is there a spell check?

Hi Debbie - I'm not sure what you mean by "looking like gumby" (must be a language barrier thing ), but the maximum dimensions for the avatar picture are 80 x 80 pixels and it is automatically resized to that after you upload it if it is larger. If you want a certain look, you'll have to play around and resize it before uploading so it doesn't get changed.

As for a spell check feature - no, we don't have one. It may be included in a future forum software update, but I can't promise.

Debbie, I just had to laugh! I know exactly what you mean...look at Lilly and Jack all stretched out in my profile pic! I need to resize it and try again.

Sometimes I totally forget that you weren't born here in the U.S., Mordy. Gumby is one of those embarrassing American things -- like the Ricki Lake Show or 80's hair rock!

Why not keep your 80's big hair? I love big hair!
I try and keep mine that way, and most people think I"m nuts, but than again? Maybe sometimes I am LOL

Hey, Gumby isn't totally unique to the USA, they screened it here too, damn I loved that show!! then again, I was rather young then.

I loved it too. I had to take a nap before it came on and if I didn't, I didn't get to watch it. So, I would fake sleep so I could watch it. I think my mom always knew I was faking though.
