Oh people....

Postby KatrinH » Wed Oct 07, 2015 1:14 pm

A complete stranger to me and my dog told me two things today after my on leash dog growled at his approaching off leash dog:

a) I should have socialized my dog
b) I need to put a shock collar on him if he doesn't like other dogs, he promises my that'll work

...I just told him that'll make it worse and walked off. But really :wtf: :takethat:

Sympathy to you and a virtual smack on the head to that idiot stranger.

I'm blaming all the troubles this week on that blood moon eclipse. Just kidding.

Yes, it is possible to abuse a dog into a better, more confident frame of mind, and even a more outgoing temperament.

Oh -- wait -- NO IT'S NOT. Sorry, I think I had a Donald Trump moment there!
