A little Christmas fun with the dogs

Postby emmas_mom » Wed Dec 25, 2013 7:51 am

This year, we tried doing a nativity scene with the dogs. There was, of course,
Shepherd Shiloh odo.jpg
Shepherd Shiloh - what else would a Shetland Sheepdog be?

Though she really wanted to be

And then there was the wise guy - er, wisedog (we used a piggy bank and some perfume to represent gold, myrhh and frankincense):

Eddie, the wisedog

Which he thought was a whole lot better than having to be a reindeer like most dogs:

Mom, there weren't any reindeer at the nativity, were there?

And then, Mitzi......who else could my precious, best behaved dog be but....

Of course, there wasn't a hope in h*ll that I could get them to all pose together.

Merry Christmas everyone.
Mom to Maggie. Ever remembering Sadie, Charley, Caleb, Belle, Oliver, Shiloh, Eddie, Mitzi, Allie and Emma.

That is fantastic. Maggie would participate, but our other two would have nothing to do with it except to destroy their own and everyone else's wardrobes.
