Has she had it for awhile or did you just find it? I'd guess benign fatty tumors as the vet usually says or just a skin growth. Smokey has something like that on the back of his neck and has had it quite a long time. It hasn't changed since we first noticed it. We just have to be careful about combing not too hard in that spot.
But maybe someone with more knowledge could comment.

Stomper has a bump or two like that. She actually has one that is in not so great shape and continues to be an issue. I hope your's turns out better than hers does

Best of luck.

I have no clue, but I'm crossing all fingers and sending out prayers that it's nothing much.

Looks like a skin tag to me but it's probably good that you're geting it checked out.

looks like a papiloma/wart. Older dogs get them all the time, really. While its good that you're getting it checked out, its probably no big deal.

Yeah, looks like a skin tag (achrochordon) to me. That's exactly what Abby's looks like. Good picture!

lol The fuzz on the right side? That's the inner ear fuzz because she's got her ear yanked back behind her head in protest. I don't think it's much to worry about - but it was because it changed that it got my attention.

Did you find out what it was yet? It looks like Bella's benign viral cutaneous squamous papilloma, aka the $400 wart. :p

Yeah, I feel your pain on that one. I'm hoping to hear soon on the bump too. At least I'll see Laura tomorrow.

Sorry! Didn't mean to leave you guys hanging. Doc says it's just a skin tag - no biggie. She said I could either leave it or have it removed. Since it's right behind her ear (and she's likely to scratch it) I'll have it removed if it's bothering her, but for the moment I'm going to just leave it be I think. In other words, nothing to worry about.

See Laura, I "saw" you yesterday and we never had time for me to remember to ask what the bump was. I figured later that if was earth shattering news you'd have taken a moment to share. ;)

lol Yep, not earth shattering. Besides, I had other things to do like squishying a cute little feist...

She sure wanted to go be a Crazy! She'd fit right in, that's for sure. Maybe CR needs a feist. He doesn't have an Auxiliary Small Dog, does he?

lol Nice try. Hah! I already tried the whole "Henry has a litter on the way..." and was shot down pretty quickly. I'm serious... if I didn't have a Zippy I'd be SO having me a Jan-ette in a hurry. I'm enjoying my happy zen place tho.
