Nosework Diva

Postby Kathleen » Tue Oct 04, 2011 9:14 am

We had another trial at Gentle Touch this weekend. It was actually hosted by NACSW so Teah and I could compete. :)
Brenna rocked it.
She titled with a pronounced. The judges give a pronounced for an exceptional dog handler team. In order to get the ribbon you have to be pronounced in all four elements. It is quite an honor.
She also got 3rd place in Vehicles 2nd place in Interiors and 1st place in containers. Getting second place over all. She missed first place by.38 seconds.
I'm very proud of her as you can imagine.
I'll post the picture with the ribbons in the photos section.

Here is the link to the Nosework site. If you are interested in the trial results section you can see the over all scores.

Wow, congrats to you both! That's quite an accomplishment!

So is this why, when they have the detection dogs at the commuter railroad stations in downtown Chicago, most of the dogs I see are Tervs?

Yay, Team Brenna!! That is so awesome, and so totally not a surprise to me or anyone else who has seen Brenna in action. ;)

I heard it was a good trial; I wish we could have been there. Will there be pics on GTPT's page???
