We won Readers' Choice!

It's just been announced -- Frieda's Favorites won BEST Pet Bakery and BEST Dog Treats in Tails Magazine 2010 Readers' Choice Awards in the New York Metro area.

"Runner-up" in the Bakery category is also the Best Boutique and they don't bake their cookies. They used to sell a lot of my cakes to their customers until the owner had a baby and isn't so active in the store anymore. Of the 3 "Other Favorites", one purchases, one's a boutique/bakery, and one is a New York bakery.

In the Treats category, guess what came in as "Runner up"?
Wellness! hahahaha And the "Other Favorites" were Zukes, Bully Sticks, and Blue Buffalo.

Especially nice is one of the doggy daycares I work with took three awards: Best Dog Walking/Sitter Service, Best Groomer, and Best Daycare. And a photographer I've worked with won Best, too! Lots of happy people and dogs!

Claire, you probably know this, that you get to use the ribbon logo of the Reader's Choice winner in your advertising, right?

My jewelry store client won in 2 categories. He considers it a big deal to be able to put that ribbon logo in his newspaper, facebook and email advertising.
