Recommendation for the parents

Postby yintzy » Thu Mar 29, 2007 4:13 am

I'm reading Collen Pelar's "Living with Dogs and Kids without Losing Your Mind". It's very easy to read and very practical advice compiled in a short, easy to read book for the parents who have little time. There are one or two pieces of advice that I disagree with and would never recommend but all in all, it's a nice book - much needed positive approach to having dogs and kids (of all ages) live in harmony.

Thanks for the heads up. I'm planning on going through all of the dogs and kids books I can find this summer to revamp my Bringing Home Baby class. I can move that book toward the head of my list.

Thanks, Yintzy. I'll look for this at the library.
