I'm looking for the "chart," so to speak, though--if there is such a thing. I think that's kind of a big request--eek. So, seriously, don't feel pressured, please.
I want to "update" my spreadsheets of MP's basic recipes with the updated numbers. All I know is that you have to multiply the given "number" to the body weight to the power of .75...right?
I've found just a few of the Vitamins (Bs, E, A) and some minerals (Sodium, Chloride, Iron, Selenium) by searching the Yahoo list, which was a major PIA. The list also had a link to a PDF of "slides" (that's what the list was calling them) on Protein and Amino Acids that don't have dates on them or anything; I don't recall if it's something that I should use, or if someone just found it and posted it.
What do you think of MS in general, Mordy? I know that she bases her recipes on numbers a lot more than others, but I get just a liiiiitle weirded out about the fact that she sells her own supplements.
