Notice for your front door.

Postby RobinS » Sat Sep 22, 2007 3:10 pm

To All Non-Pet Owners Who Visit & Like to Complain About Our Pets:

1. They live here. You don't!

2. If you don't want their hair on your clothes, stay off the furniture.
(That's why they call it "fur"niture.)

3. I like my pets a lot better than I like most people!

4. To you, it's an animal. To me, he/she is an adopted son/daughter who
is short, hairy, walks on all fours and doesn't speak clearly.

"Go Away" is just so much simpler.

I love those sayings :) I also like the one on my friends fridge..."I got a dog for my husband...I think it was a fair trade" :)

I love it especially 3. That is basically my house if you leave with hair on your clothes it's not just fur it's love. My step-mom isn't crazy about animals or hair she can't understand why I have so many animals plus all the hair.

That would work as well for my guest expect I don't need any sign when fedex drops off my packages. They put them next to the door then run for the truck as soon as Blue pops his head in one of the front windows. If only they would put the packages by the steps so I don't break any of my packages when coming out for them.

I'd love a sign like that!!

As it is I do have a 'welcome mat' that says 'GO AWAY'

Anybody who comes here expects to be 'haired'

True. True. True. TRUE! I will happily throw out any human if they don't tolerate my pets.

Thinking about having a magnet made with these 'rules' to stick on my fridge...

I have a Wipe Your Paws mat. The dogs sound their own alarm when someone is walking in their courtyard.
