Sorry for the late response. Rocco's blood test came back fine and no lyme disease. I started him on hydrotherapy/swimming yesterday which he is really sore from. Thought I would give everyone an update. Rocco has been off the Pred and SImplacef for 2.5 weeks now. Also, he's been off the Ketocon for 10 days, so far I've only caught him licking a couple times, but the 3 paws have cleared up great. The back right paw still looks like it is healing. Lisa, Thanks for writing back. Rocco has never had seasonal or food allergies ever, but he's 10.5 and I know things can develop. Pofi, I've had a similar situation with Rocco. Rocco was limping for a week or so and one day I saw him chewing his paws constantly. Turns out 3 of his paws were badly infected. Only the end toe of each of paw. The original Vet put him on Cephalexin, and epson/chlorohexidine foot soaks. After 2 week...
