Re: Want to know the worst thing for a dog with a drool problem to get into?

<t>Oh my what a mess. That happened to me before as well with Dylan. I think I just used really hot water a cloth and then a dry cloth to scrub the after effects up after I did the initial clean up. Dylan only got one bag of white sugar, but also got one bag of brown sugar, flour, pasta, spices,cere...

Re: Sammy has arthritis? Anyone else have it?

Plus, I gave her turmeric and ginger root daily in her food. She did fantastic for a dog full of arthritis at an early age. I made sure she never over di...

Yay! that is nice to hear :) Ditto what Sabine said. I often wonder if some Vets really want to know what your doing and just don't have time to hear it. Its so nice to hear a senior that is still enjoying a good quality life. Sophie is so fortunate to have you as a Mom :)

Re: random (and likely dumb) color genetics question

I believe I read before that occasionally a black Golden does pop up...I could be wrong. I did google it and this is all I could find. http://www.goldenretrieversguide.com/black-golden-retriever/ The color black is recessive in Golden Retrievers, meaning it occurs very rarely because other colors ar...

Re: Snoopy has cruciate tear (and hello, again!)

<r>With Dylan my Sister decided to go with the brace. Dylan healed wonderfully and there was no down time. With Cassie (she tore her ACL years before Dylan) the only option offered at that time was surgery. With the surgery there seemed to be more down time, more strict etc. <br/> <br/> Heather has ...
