For a friend not us. Jamie the r/w Am Staffy had a tick on her hind leg that was rather large. When touched it seemed to bleed. My friends were not sure how long it had been on there. When it was taken off..there was blood. Should they take her in for panel done?
Thanks!

The panel won't show anything for - I think it's two weeks. I'd just watch for signs of infection. Which for TBD is really anything out of the ordinary.
But, thankfully, in most places a tick is just a tick.
