I finally started the calming ovals in the backyard (basement is too narrow). Can I just say . . . WOW! I used two chairs as the "cones". I pretended I was a monk. April stayed by my side except for 2 or 3 times where she casually went to go sniff something. NO CIRCLING OCCURRED! No pulling occurred! Granted, this was my first session, but I was really impressed. She was so calm! So thanks Jen and Kathleen! And Becca, I'll be trying your version too soon

Keep up the good work - any method that works is 90% in the dedication of the owner - and love helps too!
