Well, we're switching the boys from Pinnacle to Wellness CORE Ocean, and I'd like to supplement with Slippery Elm for the next couple of weeks.

I have access to the capsules, but I seem to remember that finding the herb and boiling it (?) with water was the best option?

What do you do? I also need dosage info again if anyone has it.

whole foods usually has it in the 'bulk herbs' section, and iherb.com has a container of the loose stuff available (NOW brand)
