Can you believe no pictures?
I ended up having to go in the round pen with her so not any chances for picture taking. It wasn't real exciting anyway. The breeder was there with a couple of her Tervs and Brenna really wanted to go visit with them more then anything. She had a couple good moments but couldn't sustain interest for long. Both Kathy and the breeder said what she showed us was good. She was balanced. (I have no idea what that means)She said to bring her out in a Month or so to see if she starts to get it a little more.
I was very surprised. Quinn was a maniac the first time he was out there. Actually he still is when I take him.
I'll give it a few more tries, but she was no where near as excited to be with the sheep as she was to see the agility field today.

Woo hoo! Wasn't it fun? Sounds like she did fine for her first exposure. She might just need some time to mature a bit. Bummer about no pics, though!

Kind of simply put, and I don't know if I can explain it properly, balance means the dog is in the proper position to hold the sheep to the handler. So, if you move in one direction, the dog will move in the opposite direction to counter act your movement and keep the sheep grouped between you and her.
