My little brat, err, boy is 4 today (did I say that out loud?). When he became available for adoption, I had already adopted Kahlua and thought, that's it, 2 is enough. Harley was doing fine but needed a man of her own. We had considered, briefly, adopting a puppy after Berkeley was killed and originally agreed that an older cocker would suit us fine. The adoption folks called us after we brought Kahlua home and said we were their first choice, do we still want a puppy. Jim begged me to say yes, that he would never ask for another thing again (yeah, right) so that is how I ended up with 3 dogs. Losing Harley last year has been very tough on the boys but I have to say for most part, they would be lost without each other. So, Happy Birthday Sweet Mr. C. Thank you for being around so I could enroll in all of these obedience classes and really learn the other end of the leash. Having done rescue for 30 years, I never felt the need but having a pup - that was my only option. I love you to pieces
